Annual Board Meeting | 2024 Lookback and 2025 Strategy

On February 9th, Bomb Techs Without Borders held our annual board meeting, reflecting on our mission, impact, and the exciting momentum we’re carrying into 2025. Key highlights included:




Mission & Impact: A “State of the Union” review of our work and achievements, including major milestones from KAYA and our expanding global efforts.

Ukraine Branch Update: Progress and focus areas for 2024, including partnerships and humanitarian aid.

2024 Priorities:

• Supporting Tech 4 Tracing initiatives

• Development of Ordnance Guide Version 7

• Enhancing preparedness training

• Facilitating humanitarian aid donations

• Continuing our core service of explosive hazards training for first responders

🌍 Global Expansion & Financial Strategy

We’ve been scaling our efforts internationally, ensuring that every dollar donated is put to work effectively. Our current financial standing reflects a 2-3 month cash runway, with a focus on securing grants and targeted fundraising to sustain and grow our impact.
